The search engine in the contacts module is the holy grail of Dimension CRM. You can use any combination of filters to produce an accurate or approximate list.

Go to the Contacts Tab and click on Search Contacts link item.

You will see the Search Contacts Popup.

How this search works

From the Match drop down box, if you select "All" then the system will try to match every filter you have defined (In this example, the Type, Source and Industry). If the Match drop down box is set to Any, then the system will try to match at least one of the defined filters.

Use the Plus and Minus icons to add or remove filters. You can use any filter you have setup in the system including Custom Fields.
